Who We Are
Narline Borges - Executive Director / CEO
As a lifelong resident of California’s Central Valley, Narline developed a deep love for animals growing up on her family’s dairy farm. That passion became her life’s work when she began her career in animal care as a veterinary technician in 2005. The Ellington Feline Foundation Sanctuary is Narline’s long-envisioned passion project.
